The Local Area Agreement (LAA) is a new way of working in Hertfordshire. It aims to bring together a wide range of partners to deliver better services and improve the quality of life for Hertfordshire’s residents.

Some of the key features of the LAA include improved collaboration between public, private and voluntary and community sector agencies as well as greater flexibility to devise local solutions to local circumstances.
